Role Summary :
We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Marketing Specialist to lead the
conceptualization and delivery of targeted marketing initiatives across our retail and fashion
product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy,
and creative execution, particularly in the context of traditional clothing and textile markets. The
ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong visual sense and the ability to translate
business goals into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness,
customer engagement, and sales growth for products including dishdashas, textiles, and
uniforms.
Lead the creation of marketing collateral including seasonal lookbooks, product catalogs,POS materials, digital assets, and promotional videos.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to refine campaign direction andmessaging.
Manage and enhance the brand’s digital presence, including social media platforms,email campaigns, and website content.
Coordinate fashion photography, visual merchandising, and event-based activationsaligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding andpromotional execution.
Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for seniormanagement review.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Communication, Business, or a relateddiscipline.
At least 3 years of professional experience in fashion or retail marketing, with a provenrecord of leading successful campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (Adobe Illustrator,InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, SEO, social media marketing, andanalytics tools.
Strong storytelling ability and understanding of luxury and traditional fashion aesthetics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ArabicExceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
