Skill / Knowledge

Responsible for managing and executing the learning and development portfolio in the company.

Conducting TNA, developing training calendar, managing training budget, designing trainings, leading performance management system, JDs updating and training execution are some of the major responsibilities for this position

Job Description

  • Designing and executing successful learning & Development strategies and programs.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, annualperformance appraisals, training needs analysis and consultation with line managers.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, onlin training or any other suitable methods).
  • Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving the performance.
  • Selecting and managing learning & development resources, including working with bot internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
  • Lead, develop and evaluate a comprehensive in-house program to meet the end-to-end training needs of all staff.
  • Delivering training programs to company employees on soft skills.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by using surveys, questionnaires,  interviews and by observation.
  • Create organizational development strategy and ensure internal talent pool is well  maintained.
  • Develop & implement succession planning strategy.
  • Support in Implementing Companies performance management system from objective setting to  yearend review stage.
  • Develop a performance-based culture by linking performance with rewards.
  • Develop and update employees’ job descriptions on yearly basis or as decided by management.
  • Implement SAP based solutions for training database and reports.
  • Carry out any other activities as and when required by the direct supervisor / manger.
