Job Description
Principle Accountabilities
- Adhere to the Company’s quality, health, safety, security, and environment policies.
- Coach and manage teams of procurements, logistics and stores.
- Develop, review and implement company procurement, logistics and stores management procedures, associated plans and forms.
- Conduct economic evaluation on Purchase Intent justification for outsourced services and material procurement.
- Ensure of operational budget availability for outsourced services / materials procurement.
- Review and comments on the technical specifications (scope of works) and standardized prices (rate prices) provided by PI issuer.
- Coordinate to receive and include the HSSE plan requirements in the bidding process.
- Assist in evaluation, recommendation and selection of the preferred bidder for outsourced operational and administrative services, and material procurements.
- Negotiating on the prices of technical scopes to ensure of receiving of maximum value on provided services / materials from the contractors / suppliers.
- Provide resource support and the required documentation to the Tender Committee (Executive Committee and management) and accordingly coordinate preparation of approval based on Financial Delegation of Authority and procurements procedure.
- Manage of procured materials delivery from the suppliers to the warehouse.
- Perform monthly inspections for the material movements in the warehouse and prepare the monthly spare parts budget performance report for O&M.
- Ensure of updating PO's / WO's / Contracts master file in Monthly basis with details of contract value and monthly performance.
- Preparing quarterly of procurements, logistics and stores performance report to Executive Committee, Executive management and board directors
- Track transportation and shipment of Imports / Exports Academic Qualifications : MBA Experience : 10 years. The candidate should have a minimum 10-year experience in handling commercial activities with good knowledge of foreign trade, and a minimum of 3 years in the managerial position.
