Head of Marketing shapes and execute ESBAAR’s marketing strategy to elevate it’s brand, drive demand generation,
and support commercial growth across global markets. Lead a team, define positioning, manage campaigns, and tie
marketing KPIs to pipeline and revenue.
Leadership
- Ensure the effective achievement of marketing functional objectives through the leadership of the department –
setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and
informal feedback and appraisal – to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
Strategy formulation, Implementation & Planning
Develop a 6-12 marketing strategy aligned with ESBAAR’s business objectives in Drone Technologies, AISolutions, IIoT Services, and Digital Transformation Solutions.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team, with direct oversight of content, digital marketing, events, and PR.Budgets and Plans
Implement Marketing Plans which optimize profitability and growth opportunities based on the best analyticalsupport including market projections, growth opportunities, swing management considerations and tariff levels
against identified risk levels.
Own the marketing budget, forecasting spends and measuring return.Content Creation & Online and Offline Marketing
Plan and manage offline events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars.Oversee online presence : website, SEO / SEM, performance metrics.Drive thought leadership : white papers, case studies, blog content, videos, newsletters, webinars.Manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter / X, and industry forums.Branding & Positioning
Define ESBAAR’s value proposition in the market.Build compelling brand narratives for key segments based on the targeted sectors.Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Develop in collaboration with managers and oversee the implementation of marketing policies, systems,processes, procedures, and controls in order to ensure that ESBAAR activities are fully integrated and
delivered to best practice and industry standards.
Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
Direct the compliance of all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, proceduresand controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, delivery of high quality products / services
and a responsible environmental attitude.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or any related fields.Minimum Experience :
5+ years in B2B & B2G marketing.Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills :
