Finance Manager (Hospital Unit)  in Oman

Key Responsibilities :

Manage complete hospital finance operations including P&L management

Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations

Strategic input to hospital leadership for financial planning and growth

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance or related field (CA / CPA preferred)

5+ years of experience managing finance in a hospital setup

Proven record of managing unit-level P&L in a healthcare setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary & Benefits :

Salary : OMR 1,250 – 1,500 (Tax-Free)
