Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Top Managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and appointments Top Managers
- Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required by senior executives.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages with professionalism.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Assist in personal tasks as required, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
