• IRCA ISO 9001 : 2015 Lead Auditor
• Recognized QA / QC or Quality Management qualification
• Welding Inspector / NDT Certification (preferred)

Job Description

MISSIONS

The service holder is responsible, within an LNG Bunkering Project, for coordinating all QA and QC activities during the Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Commissioning, and Installation phases carried out by the Contractor, Subcontractors, and the Project Team to ensure that :

The EPSCCI Contractor Quality Management System is fully developed, established, and maintained in compliance with the EPSCCI contract, and is in line with Contract Exhibit H.

The EPSCCI Contractor enforces contractual commitments, implements the Contract Quality Plan and objectives properly, and performs activities safely, correctly, and in line with specifications, designs, and applicable codes.

The Project QMS is fully implemented by the Project Team.

The service holder shall monitor, instruct, correct, and report on the Contractor's working practices as necessary.

The service holder shall liaise actively with the Project Quality Manager and Package Managers.

The service holder reports to the Project Quality Manager, highlighting any concerns encountered during duty performance.

The service holder is also accountable for exemplary behavior regarding HSSE rules and for ensuring HSSE implementation in their area of responsibility.

Promote safety awareness at all levels through proactive engagement with the Project Team and Contractors.

Good communication skills.

Strong cross-cultural influencing abilities to work effectively with diverse personnel.

Willingness to adopt a flexible working approach.

Self-motivated and able to operate independently.

Team-oriented mindset.

Ability to transfer knowledge and experience to team members.
