RF Planning Engineer – IBS Planning

About the Role :

TITECH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF Planning Engineer with specialized expertise in In-Building Solutions (IBS) Planning and Optimization. This role requires deep knowledge of RF propagation in complex indoor environments, advanced proficiency in iBwave Design Enterprise, and proven ability to deliver end-to-end IBS solutions — from RF surveys and design to optimization and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design of multi-operator, multi-technology IBS / DAS networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).

Perform link budgets, coverage simulations, interference, and capacity analysis.

Conduct RF surveys, walk tests, optimization, and KPI validation.

Generate technical reports, coverage heatmaps, BOMs, and acceptance documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients for successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Telecom / Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

5+ years' experience in IBS / DAS RF Planning & Optimization.

Expert in iBwave Design.

Strong knowledge of multi-band systems (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G), MIMO, Carrier Aggregation, Neutral-Host DAS.

Proficient in tools : TEMS, Nemo, Actix, TEMS Discovery, R&S QualiPoc.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
