Virtual Assistant

This is a part time fully remote role for those who are interested in TRT with a background in healthcare administration. There will be significant flexibility in your schedule & will not currently include any direct phone communication with patients. Depending on willingness & aptitude to take on additional tasks, this can become afull-time role if desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn our approach to customer service & best practices for TRT, men’s health, HRT, and weight loss.
• Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and prioritize tasks on behalf of team members.
• Recognize that every interaction or question from a potential patient is an opportunity to convert them to a member.
• Work together with providers, customer service representatives, and administrative members to ensure a smooth consistent experience for patients.
• Respond to incoming patient inquiries within 1-2 days.
• Respond or connect with team members virtually within 1 day.
• Expected weekly time commitment : 7-20 hours.
