Responsibilities

• Define / Review project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Review / Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide overall support and guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and Support Key stakeholders to resolve any project-related issues, risks, or conflicts that may arise.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed of the project status and any changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the project, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
• Define / review project quality standards and ensure that project deliverables meet the defined criteria.
• Work with stakeholders to implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project progress and deliverables. Escalate and take corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations or non-compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to key stakeholders, including progress updates, milestones achieved, risks, and issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities, decisions, and deliverables are maintained for future reference.
