As the Director - Channels you will be responsible of channels dept. Align sales strategy to overall OO strategy and ensure sales channels optimization and transformation. In addition, revive indirect sales channel, rebuild the DSA Channel, Reshape and Expand the Retail (Franchise and Own stores) and Build the Tele-sales channel.
Core Responsibilities
You will be respnosible of the following :
- Prepare Overall Channels Strategy and ensure
- Align sales strategy to OO overall strategy to ensure that a clear roadmap is available and get EXCO members buy in.
- Contribute in Overall OO Strategy
- Strengthen competitive position, and monetization of consumer sales
- Set priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives
- Maintaining all financial aspects within the department
- create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels to ensure further market penetration
- Identify and maintain rolling stock, to ensure offer is always fresh and appealing
- Ensure the Maintenance of brand standards within presentation and services
- Identify sales risk scenarios and develop mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain close relationship with Premium Distributors and 3rd party solution providers in order to be able to work closely with them in an advisory / monitoring capacity for operational issues, other than achievement of sales
- Coordinate with Branding Dept. for the launching of any new products and discuss rollout plan & the sales role for better startup.
- Identify sales performance measures to track effectiveness
- Ensure that the Certified Dealer Channel achieves its acquisition / connections targets for all products and services
- Monitor on daily basis results and market developments
- Lead the reporting on all products and sales services performances regularly
- Ensure the Evaluation of performance of products and promotions regularly
- Ensure proper Performance monitoring for internal and external stakeholders
- Capturing and highlighting sales discrepancies and ensure they are mitigated accordingly.
- Contribute to the overall Pricing, Planning & Insight Strategy.
- Lead, manage, coach and develop the team to ensure the highest level of performance across the department
- Ensure that all team members have annual performance contracts and development plans in place
- Provide relevant feedback to team members enabling them to learn and develop
- Delegate effectively to the team to drive up capability and knowledge and provide opportunity for growth
