Job Description

  • Ensuring effective liaison with the key stakeholders on the specification of data requirements and its collection and providing the required feedback, direction, and action in relation to the department performance measures and KPIs.
  • Collect the data to monitor the progress and trends in achieving the corporate objectives in line with the approved Business Plan.
  • To provide the data required for the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports that support the progress of corporate performance
  • Provide the input to Benchmark the progress with national and international companies and analyze historical trends
  • Provide the necessary input to develop the business plan
  • Ensure that all periodic and Adhoc reporting requirements related to corporate performance are submitted on the expected dates and according to the quality standards requested
  • Conduct day-to-day performance monitoring, measurement, and analysis to continuously assess business performance.
  • Identify the business need for establishing a process and provide inputs in defining and documenting it; assign accountabilities within the team for managing the process.
  • Adhere to internal processes and encourage adherence from team members; recognize the need for modifications to existing processes and share them with appropriate teams.
  • Treat IT security with the utmost importance and adhere to ISO standards and aspects of IT security.
