Communicate with local project stakeholders under the direction of the Project Director.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Director.
Act as a point of contact together with project director with all related governmental entities.
Build and maintain relationships with government officials, and other key local entities to maintain project goals.
Represent the project team at local meetings, hearings, and other relevant events to ensure all project goals and concerns are addressed.
Act as a point of contact for local suppliers, contractors and maintain positive relationships.
Provide administration support as needed on tendering, procurement and other processes.
Follow-up and maintain all local official correspondences with local partners and governmental entities. (documents, letters and etc.)
Assist Project Director for claim management procedures.
Assist with the organization and delivery of workshops, meetings, and other project events.
Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
Support the collation of internal and external reporting documentation
Assist the Project Manager with forecasting and managing budgets
Assist with project travel and visa arrangements as and when required
Assists with the drafting of contracts
Tracking local project expenses
