We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Supervisor to join our team on a large-scale LNG project in Oman. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for professionals with a proven background in managing civil construction activities in the oil and gas or LNG sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site, including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, and infrastructure development.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering designs, and quality standards throughout all phases of civil works.
• Monitor daily operations to maintain schedule adherence and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project standards and deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and verify the quality and accuracy of work performed by the civil construction teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and other stakeholders to align civil works with overall project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, material usage, and workforce deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to construction crews to achieve optimal performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.
