Mining Manager - Block 4

We are looking for candidates that would be suitable for  Mining Manager  roles in the GCC

Post :  Mining Manager

Location :  Oman

Qualification : BSc. in Mining Engineering.

Experience :   Minimum of 15 years open pit mine production / planning experience

Technical and soft skills :

• Strong knowledge and awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in mining operations.
• Proficiency in using the latest mining software for design, planning, and optimization
• Expertise in resource-to-reserve conversion, including pit design, mine planning, and scheduling.
• Advanced computer skills, including data analysis and mine modeling
• Hands-on experience in drilling and blasting operations.
• Understanding of geotechnical studies and their application in mine design
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address operational challenges.
