Job Overview :

NAFLCO is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically for PDO projects and products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in Oman with PDO, Oil & Gas companies, and project / product sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Growth & Strategy :

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for PDO-related projects and products.
  • Identify new opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector and expand NAFLCO's market presence in Oman.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and increasing revenue in the PDO segment.

2. Sales & Marketing :

  • Drive project sales and product sales related to Oil & Gas industry needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for PDO projects and Oil & Gas companies in Oman.
  • 3. Relationship Management & Client Engagement :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PDO, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas stakeholders.
  • Establish and develop partnerships with key decision-makers in the Oman Oil & Gas industry.
  • Handle client negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions.
  • 4. Project Management & Coordination :

  • Oversee and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of PDO projects.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to align project requirements.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet PDO regulations.
  • 5. Compliance & Industry Knowledge :

  • Stay up to date with PDO guidelines, Oil & Gas regulations, and market trends in Oman.
  • Ensure that all business activities comply with PDO and Omani regulatory requirements.
  • Key Requirements :

    Education : BE / BTech (Mechanical)

    Experience : 15-20 years in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing in the Oil & Gas / PDO sector

    Mandatory : At least 10 years of experience working in Oman with PDO and Oil & Gas companies

    Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of Oil & Gas companies, PDO projects, and product sales

    Proven Track Record : Ability to develop business and increase revenue in Oil & Gas / PDO sector

    Networking & Relationship Building : Strong connections with PDO, EPC contractors, and key Oil & Gas players in Oman

    Project & Product Sales Expertise : Experience handling high-value project sales and technical product sales in Oil & Gas
