Tivoli Muscat Hotel, set to open its doors in Muscat, Oman, seeks a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to help build and shape the team during the pre-opening phase. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing a positive workplace culture, ensuring the hotel’s workforce is aligned with Tivoli’s values and standards. The role will focus on recruitment, training, employee engagement, and creating a collaborative environment for the pre-opening team.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Lead and manage the recruitment process to ensure that Tivoli Muscat attracts, selects, and hires top talent for all hotel departments.
- Design and implement an effective onboarding program that introduces new hires to the Tivoli culture, brand standards, and operational expectations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Training and Development :
Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for the opening and are aligned with Tivoli’s service standards.
Employee Engagement and Retention :
Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting Tivoli’s core values and engaging in proactive communication with employees.
Culture Development :
Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Tivoli’s vision of luxury service and excellence.
Compliance and Employee Relations :
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hotel policies, and industry standards.
Pre-Opening Coordination :
Assist in the setup of HR systems, processes, and administrative tasks needed for a successful hotel launch.
