Black Swan Business Setup Services specializes in helping entrepreneurs and businesses establish their presence in the UAE and Oman . From company formation and licensing to visas and compliance, we provide end-to-end support, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free setup. Our expertise spans free zones, mainland, and offshore setups, making business incorporation easy and efficient.

The Role

Operational Coordination :

  • Manage end-to-end documentation for business registration, visa processing, and license renewals.
  • Track applications and follow up with government entities to ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client documents and processing timelines.
  • Assist in implementing operational strategies to enhance service delivery.

Client Relations & Support :

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on application progress.
  • Address client queries related to licensing, PRO services, and operational procedures.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory requirements.

    • Administrative & Compliance Duties :

  • Ensure all processes adhere to OMAN legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Stay updated on changes in business setup regulations and policies.
  • Support internal teams with compliance checks and operational improvements.

    • Ideal Profile

    Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business setup, operations, or PRO services in the Oman preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation laws and government procedures.
  • Proficiency in handling documentation for licensing, visa processing, and corporate services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
