Job Description
- Stockbroker responsibilities include : Providing accurate investment advice to clients; Evaluating financial reports; Managing clients' investment portfolios
- Analyze financial markets and research investments to determine potential opportunities
- Execute trades on behalf of clients
- Monitor investments and make adjustments as necessary
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates
- Stay informed of changes in the financial markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Sound knowledge of how financial markets operate
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their investment portfolios
- Inform clients of new investment opportunities within the stock market
- Source new clients through networking and calling
- Make changes in investment strategies based on market conditions
