Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our brand and
marketing strategy across a dynamic portfolio of retail and fashion products, including traditional
wear, uniforms, and premium textiles. This role demands a blend of creative leadership, strategic
acumen, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand
positioning, expanding market presence, and ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing across
all channels, with a strong focus on both traditional and digital landscapes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Execution :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and consumer insights.
- Lead brand strategy initiatives for traditional clothing lines (e.g., dishdashas),uniforms, and textile products.
- Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, designers, and digital marketers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, design, and merchandising teams.
- Brand Management :
- Oversee the creation of brand-aligned content and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across print, digital, and in-store communications.
Campaign Development :
Lead the ideation, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns including seasonal launches, promotions, and fashion events.Supervise content creation including product catalogues, video production, photo shoots, and influence collaborations.Digital Marketing & E-commerce :Driving the growth of digital channels including websites, social media, and email marketing.Optimize digital performance through SEO, paid ads, analytics, and content strategies.Market & Consumer Insights :Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.Analyze KPIs and deliver performance reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Communication, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail or fashion marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing successful, multi-channel campaigns in fashion or textile industries.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva,and marketing automation platforms.Strong knowledge of digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.Exceptional storytelling skills with an understanding of cultural fashion narratives and luxury branding.Bilingual fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Candidate Traits :
