Job Title : RO Plant OM Technician

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RO Plant Operation & Maintenance Technician to manage the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plants. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling RO systems and ensuring uninterrupted and efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor the RO plant and associated equipment as per standard procedures.

Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of pumps, valves, filters, membranes, and electrical panels.

Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with standards.

Record operational data, daily logs, and report abnormalities or breakdowns.

Perform troubleshooting and rectify minor electrical / mechanical faults.

Replace membranes, clean filters, and carry out chemical cleaning procedures as required.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the plant and equipment.

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for major repairs or shutdowns.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in RO water treatment plant operations and maintenance.

Strong understanding of water treatment processes and RO membrane technology.

Familiarity with PLC / SCADA systems is an added advantage.

Ability to read operation manuals and technical drawings.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic communication skills in English.
