Junior Architect

Job Brief

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities :

1.Collaborate with senior architects and design team to develop creative and functional architectural solutions.

2. Assist in creating architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.

3. Conduct site visits and gather information to inform design decisions.

4. Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.

5. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

6. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations, and within planned budgets and deadlines

7. Write and present reports of project progress in a timely manner

8. Assist in resolving issues that come up during construction

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, preferably from Lebanese University or Beirut Arab University.

2. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

4. Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Proficiency in English and Arabic.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

8. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design.

9. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

10. Familiarity with 3D rendering software.
