As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of cooks and other kitchen staff. Your main duties will include creating menus, developing new dishes, sourcing ingredients, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. You must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage your team and maintain a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen and complying with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional culinary experience, with a focus on Indian cuisine. You must also have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position based in Muscat, Oman with a salary of $1400 per month.

Job Title : Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include preparing food according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with menu planning. You must have at least 3 years of professional culinary experience and be knowledgeable about Indian cuisine. Strong communication skills are essential as you will need to effectively communicate with both kitchen staff and management. This is a full-time position based in Muscat, Oman with a salary of $1400 per month.

Job Title : Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will play an important role in assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality Indian dishes for our guests. Your main duties will include prepping ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes set by the chefs, maintaining cleanliness in your station, and assisting with general kitchen duties as needed. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in an Indian restaurant. You must also have a good understanding of kitchen operations and be able to work well in a team. This is a full-time position based in Muscat, Oman with a salary of $1400 per month.
