Negotiate with service providers and network partners abroad; evaluate offerings and prepare affordable pricing tariffs.
Accumulate professional details information for progress and efficiency evaluation.
Tender bid management, float RFI / RFQs, accumulate expenses and service choices, and prepare extensive propositions.
Regularly report overall sales tasks and product performance; update report trackers or web portals or Excel reports to ensure documents are up to date.
Ensure timely entry of billing and follow-up of settlement receivables to prevent pending payments.
Utilize GAC sales performance in GF2 system to maximize system usage in the field.
Monitor rival activities and report to management to maintain awareness of competitors and ability to match or exceed them.
Act as a duty holder in maintaining GAC Code of Principles and GAC Spirit in the best interests of the company and team.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to guarantee the service level of the firm.
Qualifications
Graduate in any relevant discipline (Delivery or Logistics Diploma acceptable).
2-4 years in a comparable role in the products or logistics sector.
High degree of sector knowledge.
Strong values and adherence to company plans and procedures.
Good social understanding and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Proficient computer skills, especially MS Office and Outlook; strong data entry abilities.
