الوصف الوظيفيOn-boarding : Manage the entire onboarding process including employment contracts, system setups, induction sessions, and documentation collection.Off-boarding : Manage employee separation processes including clearance, final settlements, and off-boarding documentationImmigration Services : Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations and labor lawsPayroll Coordination : Support monthly payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance data, overtime, deductions, and ensuring accurate reporting to the finance teamEmployee Records : Maintain and update personnel files and HR systems with accuracy and confidentialityHR Policies & Compliance : Ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.Employee Relations : Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresReporting : Prepare monthly HR Operations MetricsOther HR Operations : Assist in benefits administration, internal audits, HR projects, and continuous process improvementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR operations roleCertification in HR is an advantageStrong knowledge of HR operations processes, local labor laws, and immigration proceduresExperience with payroll processes and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent)High level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProfessional use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Experience in a multinational environment is preferred
