Job Title : Investment Analyst

الوصف الوظيفيIdentify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, established connections, industry events, and networking. Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, industry leaders, and investment companies to ensure a consistent deal flow. Lead or participate in the due diligence process, including financial modeling, industry analysis, and operational assessments. Coordinate with external consultants, legal advisors, and other professionals during the due diligence phase. Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the investment committee. Negotiate deal terms and structure, working closely with legal teams to finalize investment agreements. Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, ensuring they meet financial and operational targets. Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies, assisting in areas such as business development, operational improvements, and potential exit strategies. Maintain regular communication with portfolio company management teams. Collaborate with the investment team to identify and execute optimal exit strategies for portfolio companies, including trade sales, secondary sales, or IPOs. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and industry knowledge. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure smooth investment processes. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging sectors to inform investment strategies. Experience
