PP Filler Machine Operator

As part of the Production Department, being responsible to operate the PP Filler

plant and adhering to all the Standards, Policy & Procedures set by the

organization.

Key Deliverables :

• Ensure that the correct machine setting is set after the program is received from the Supervisor
• Verify check list before each start up and inform any abnormality to
• supervisor.
• Able to identify different raw materials from labels / tags. Charge raw
• materials to silo.
• You will be responsible for checking the quality of the filler.
• Ensure exact mixture of raw materials for the filler.
• You will be responsible for twisting and the packaging of the final material.
• Ensure that the final material reaches the store and is placed at the
• right location.
• Coordinate the labor handling of the twisting machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and house.
