Commis ( Arabic)

Scope of Work

In this role, I will support the Demi / Chef de Partie in the smooth running of the Kitchen department.

My duties include but is not limited to :

• Assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Work in any section of the kitchen when necessary, due to business levels
• Assist in the control of the outlet operational budget, ensuring that all costs are strictly controlled
• Ensure that working area is of exemplary clean nature.
• Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
• Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor / management. Qualification : To execute the position of Commis, I have the required formal qualifications in Culinary Production, technical skills and at least three years experience in the same or similar role in luxury hotels and resorts.

I possess exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in a multi-cultural team.

I have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and I am able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.
