Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Enhance receivables / payables planning and overall cash flow management
• Handle banking relationships and financing deals to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
• Implement ERP-based reporting and financial control systems
• Provide management with timely and strategic financial insights
