Job Description

JV Management

  • Maintain committees’ members database and meetings schedule for all the assets
  • Operated Asset : administration of committee meetings, contribute to the preparation of tender documents, support Operations team if necessary
  • Non-operated Assets : responsible to retrieve and archive data (production, costs, GHG emissions), reports, and committee meetings documents from the operators

Planning & Reporting

  • Issue the weekly production report for the affiliate
  • Support the preparation of the weekly report for the affiliate
  • Contribute to the annual long-term plan and reserves exercises : help preparing input data and management presentations
  • Contribute to the reporting of GHG emissions and CFR projects in liaison with the HSE department
  • Business Support

  • Contribute to the follow-up and execution of the multi-energy strategy of the affiliate.
  • Maintain key stakeholders mapping of the local energy sector
  • Provide regular management briefs and business intelligence on the local energy sector
  • Provide support in the organization of conferences and events
  • Other

  • Support with Joint Supplier Registration System JSRS matters when required
  • Any other relevant work required to support the business
  • Support Business Assets and Business Development activities
  • Support Business Support Manager
  • Support Lead Planning & Development.
