Labor
Mobilizing and Managing the IFM contract for client offices (internationally renowned)
Manage a team of housekeeping, maintenance, admin', pantry services.
Supervises administrative services skilled and technical / support staff. Hires, evaluates, trains, disciplines and recommends dismissal of staff as necessary.
Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems. Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs and facility inspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work.
Dealing with emergency issue that arise
Formulating the plans for future
Planning the replacements and repairs when required
Liaising with the third party contractor for the inspections and certifications of the assets in the locations
Monitors and oversees the work of external contractors to ensure terms of agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily
Collects and analyses a variety of complex data and information, including utility costs and usage. Performs statistical analysis and summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
Participates in / on a variety of meetings, committees (including chairing), task forces, and / or other related groups to communicate information regarding services, programs, areas of opportunity, and / or other pertinent information as appropriate
Ensure self - awareness on company QHSE policies &procedures and follow them
Fully comply with HSE standards.
To raise HSE / Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE near miss / unsafe act and condition reporting.
Ensure self-awareness and follow NEWREST WACASCO policies, including but not limited to HSE, Quality, Food Safety, Drug & Alcohol, safe work procedures and HR.
To ensure that all the materials and equipment are not left in a dangerous state.
Manage all assigned facilities to achieve KPI performance targets, monitor SLA's to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions / best practices accordingly
Any other Facilities Management related activities
Perfil
Speaking Mandarin and English languages
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in soft and FM hard services in building / office environment.
Experienced in managing properties larger than 5000sqm or with 300+ end-users;
Experienced in managing a team of more than 10 people.
Effective people management skills required
Strong sense of teamwork and attention to details
Good financial acumen, ability to work to a budget.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and constantly pursue to improve service efficiency and service quality.
