Manager - Quantity Surveying

JOB PURPOSE

The Quantity Surveying Manager will lead all cost, contract, and commercial management functions for Al Madina Azarqa. The role ensures that all development phases—from master planning and design through construction and handover—are delivered within approved budgets, applying best practice in cost planning, procurement, value engineering, and contract administration. This position will act as the key commercial guardian of the project, working closely with Development, Design, and Project Delivery teams to maintain financial discipline, drive cost efficiency, and ensure transparent governance across consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cost Planning & Budget Control

• Prepare, update, and monitor detailed cost plans for masterplans, infrastructure, and vertical developments.
• Lead cost benchmarking and feasibility studies during concept and schematic design stages.
• Ensure alignment between development budgets, cost estimates, and business cases.
• Identify and manage cost risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
