Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Identify potential customers through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers about available properties, features, financing options, and pricing.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with prospective buyers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, analyzing sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
