Land Surveyor

A reputable surveying company in Nizwa is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures. You will also analyze data and prepare reports for clients.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and GIS
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physically fit to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct land surveys using various equipment and techniques, including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners.
  • Create accurate maps and measurements of land, buildings, and structures.
  • Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and topographical features.
  • Prepare reports detailing survey findings for clients.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring land surveying.
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols on job sites.
  • Travel to different locations as needed for projects.

    • We Offer :

    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month. We provide free visa sponsorship and an air ticket allowance. Accommodation is not included, but assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing.

    This position is suitable for physically fit men who can work outdoors in various weather conditions. English proficiency is not mandatory but considered an asset.
