MEP Technician

Job descriptionProven experience as an MEP Technician. Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications or qualifications in MEP trades are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in MEP equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on MEP systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other technicians and project team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MEP technology and practices.
