As our Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform’s roadmap. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, data science, and telecom integration—you will shape a product that empowers both operational teams and executive leadership. Your primary focus will be delivering a cutting-edge, intuitive, and high-performance interface, seamlessly enriched with AI-driven insights and real-time analytics.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Roadmap
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Identify market trends and customer insights, particularly in telecom and AI-driven solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.Collaborate with telecom integration experts to ensure seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.Oversee the integration of Generative AI and LLM capabilities (e.g., natural language querying, automated report generation, AI-based anomaly detection) into product features.Ensure AI-driven insights and recommendations are seamlessly embedded in the user experience.Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.Prioritize feature development based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback, ensuring minimal clicks and maximum user focus.Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including telecom operators and regulatory bodies.Gather, analyze, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance.Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to continuously enhance the product’s value proposition.Monitor performance metrics and adjust the product strategy accordingly.Experience
7-10+ years of product management experience in tech / software products, preferably within telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.Proven track record of managing products that incorporate AI / ML capabilities (experience with Gen AI / LLMs is highly desirable).Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of telecom network dynamics, real-time data processing, and performance metrics.Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance in highly regulated industries is a plus.What we're looking for
