We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage and train a team of employees to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
Prepare reports on team performance and operational metrics for upper management.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma in Civil or related field.

6-8 years of experience in a supervisory role or similar position.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
