Experience

Min. 7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or a related field.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • CFA and MBA is a big plus.

Job Description

  • Deal Sourcing :

    • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, established connections, industry events, and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, industry leaders, and investment companies to ensure a consistent deal flow.
  • Due Diligence :

    • Lead or participate in the due diligence process, including financial modeling, industry analysis, and operational assessments.

  • Coordinate with external consultants, legal advisors, and other professionals during the due diligence phase.
  • Investment Execution :

    • Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the investment committee.

  • Negotiate deal terms and structure, working closely with legal teams to finalize investment agreements.
  • Portfolio Management :

    • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, ensuring they meet financial and operational targets.

  • Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies, assisting in areas such as business development, operational improvements, and potential exit strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with portfolio company management teams.
  • Exit Strategy :

    • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and execute optimal exit strategies for portfolio companies, including trade sales, secondary sales, or IPOs.

  • Team Collaboration :

    • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and industry knowledge.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure smooth investment processes.
  • Market Intelligence :

    • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging sectors to inform investment strategies.

  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent the firm and gather insights.
