ITALIAN SOUS CHEF - ITALIAN NATIONALITY ONLY
Summary : You will be accountable for the efficient running of the Italian Kitchen according to Hyatt International's Approaches and brand criteria, while meeting guest, colleague and proprietor expectations. The Italian Sous Chef is responsible for managing the appointed kitchen as an independent profit facility, in accordance with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International requirements, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and assisting to ensure the outlet's financial success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Italian Kitchen in line with Hyatt International standards and brand criteria.
- Manage the appointed kitchen as an independent profit facility within the outlet’s concept and budget.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction and uphold quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with outlet leadership to drive financial performance and contribute to the outlet’s monetary success.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as Italian Sous Chef in a hotel or fine dining restaurant, preferably with luxury international brand experience.Experience or credentials in Kitchen Production or Administration is a plus.Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and work health and safety standards.Proficient computer skills (MS Office); knowledge of a Recipe Upkeep System is favored.#J-18808-Ljbffr
