Job description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage key accounting functions, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and year-end closures. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and manage profit and loss (P&L) statements and reports.
Oversee and finalize financial year-end closures.
Handle tax compliance, including VAT submissions and filing.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Support the preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial queries.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in P&L reporting, tax compliance, and financial closures.

Proficiency in ERP accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of VAT and tax regulations.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : Up to RO6, per year
