Job Description

  • Process and handle all aspects of monthly payroll and review / ensure the accuracy of all transactions before submission
  • Compute addition / deduction
  • Collect / review monthly overtime and upload it in the SAP
  • Calculate and process the annual increases as per company policy.
  • Calculate and process incentives as per company policy
  • Sending funds request to Finance Department for bank transfer
  • Post all payment
  • Process new hires and termination
  • Reconcile Bank statement
  • Ensur the alignment of rules and regulations of Oman Labor Law
  • Maintain employee master data in SAP
  • Prepare / process final settlement
  • Prepare Salary Structure, salary movement, new offer salary proposal
  • Prepare budget / Cost control
  • Provide different reports related to payroll (Quarterly report, ICV report, EOSB,…etc).
  • Prepare letters related to any changes in the salary
  • Salary / Benefits Benchmarking
  • Attain all information required by audit
  • Process Housing Loan / Emergency loan
  • Prepar Salary Certificates
