Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive sales growth in Nizwa, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
• Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve overall company objectives
