Job Position : Marketing Manager - Formulation
Job Description :
Responsible for drafting the Marketing Plan for the allocated product.
Execute a plan to launch new products.
Profit improvement.
Training.
Achievement of sales and profitability targets of the division.
Brand planning and strategy-making for effective implementation.
Regular creative communication tactics for higher brand recall.
Quarterly sales analysis, cycle meetings, briefing, and handling field queries.
New brand launch, in-depth competitor analysis (CMARC, ORG).
Scientific updates, brand campaigns, brand matrix, and brand positioning.
Keep track of the sales progress and profitability in line with the budgets. Conduct regular, comprehensive market research (new product developments and therapeutic changes) by engaging in fieldwork.
Skills :
Bachelor's / Master's degree / MBA.
Pharma company experience : 12 - 15 years.
