Job Purpose :
The Head – Digital Delivery leads the execution and coordination of digital platform and application deliveries within the Strategy, Innovation & Digital Department. He / She ensures timely and compliant release of platforms and ecosystem services in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. The Head – Digital Delivery aligns implementation efforts with product requirements, technology infrastructure, and information security standards to meet operational, regulatory, and customer needs.
Key Accountabilities :
- Oversees the day-to-day delivery of digital platforms, applications, and ecosystem services in collaboration with the Digital Factory and third-party vendors.
- Ensures timely releases, quality adherence, and compliance with delivery standards, policies, and ISMS protocols.
- Coordinates closely with Technology & PMO on shared digital infrastructure, including WAFs, firewalls, and hosting requirements.
- Maintains delivery dashboards and progress reports and escalates risks, issues, and delays to management when necessary.
- Supervises the Digital Factory operations, ensuring effective execution of build, integration, testing, and release cycles.
- Ensures delivery activities follow best practices, change controls, and release governance frameworks.
- Maintains and updates backlog and delivery timelines in alignment with the Digital Business & Ecosystems team.
- Translates product priorities into executable delivery plans and manages release coordination.
- Collaborates with Digital Business to validate that delivered features meet intended customer and business objectives.
- Coordinates digital delivery planning with PMO and ensures practices align with agile methodologies and bank governance.
- Provides timely status updates and delivery inputs to governance committees and senior management.
- Supports business case development by contributing delivery cost estimates, resource planning, and implementation timelines.
- Tracks digital delivery risks, technical dependencies, and key delivery milestones to ensure proactive mitigation.
- Ensures the Bank's digital initiatives are executed successfully contributing directly to the strategic objectives.
- Works closely and cross functionally with Digital Business, IT, support functions, control functions and vendors to deliver new digital services and enhancements.
- Balances near-term digital delivery targets with the adoption of sustainable and scalable delivery practices.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital delivery, software development, or technology project management.Proven track record of leading large-scale innovation initiatives, integrating transformative business models and cross functional stakeholder management.Possesses a solid understanding of financial services, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks within the banking and financial industry, with particular expertise in housing and finance products and services.Strong understanding of banking delivery environments, security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.Knowledge of AI integration from prototype to production is highly desirable.Applicants who are meeting the job requirements will be contacted.
