Description

We are seeking experienced Technicians - Liners / Vulcanizers to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rubber lining and vulcanization, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Install and repair rubber liners in various equipment and machinery
Perform vulcanization processes to ensure durability and performance of rubber materials
Conduct inspections to identify wear and damage in liners and other rubber components
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand specifications and requirements for projects
Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during all maintenance and installation activities
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Troubleshoot issues related to rubber liners and provide effective solutions

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in liner installation and vulcanization processes

Proficient in the use of rubber lining tools and equipment

Strong understanding of rubber properties and vulcanization techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Familiarity with safety standards and practices in industrial settings

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills
