Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI. Familiarity with OIC, REST / SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fusion Techno-Functional HCM Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HCM module implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent).
- Analyze current EBS configurations and map to Fusion Cloud capabilities.
- Validating the existing EBS functionality can be met with Oracle HCM Fusion modules OOTB alongside Oracle via CRPs.
- Design and develop reports, integrations (using OIC), and extensions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth transition.
