Handyman for Home Maintenance and Repair in Nizwa

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Nizwa. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various home maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that homes are kept in good condition and safe for residents.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing leaks, repairing drywall, painting walls, etc.
• Install new fixtures and appliances, including lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, etc.
• Inspect homes for any damages or safety hazards and make necessary repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of homes by cleaning gutters, pressure washing exteriors, etc.
• Assemble furniture and other items as needed
• Respond promptly to resident requests for repairs
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
• Collaborate with contractors for larger scale projects
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements :

Salary : 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location : Nizwa (must be willing to relocate if not already living in Nizwa)
