Overview
Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends. Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads. Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.
