Description

We are seeking a skilled Cable Jointer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in cable installation and jointing, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair various types of cables including power, telecommunication, and fiber optic cables.
  • Perform jointing of cables as per specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct tests to ensure the integrity and performance of cable joints and terminations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cable faults and issues on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in cable jointing and installation roles.
  • Proficient in handling cable jointing tools and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and telecommunication standards and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
