Maintenance Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage all maintenance operations for our reputed client in Oman . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and for leading a team of technicians to maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Inspect and monitor MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to ensure smooth operation.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and facility systems.

Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and support.

Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of maintenance work.

Requirements :

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 35 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer (preferably in GCC).

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
